Very inspiring and impressive! I've begun a new kind of training recently that I like to call T.R.O.N.(Total Range Of Motion) training. Basically developing the body to push, pull, or lift in a limitless range of motion. I will for sure add these moves to my routine. Thanks a ton for posting this!
