  • Apologies for the comment I made on one of these videos about this group being racist/favour blacks, because they are all black. And apologies for saying they were arrogant and up themselves.... Truth be told ...how am I supposed to know any of that is true...so I DO APOLOGISE!!!

    However...there IS a lot of attitude going on in the videos...which is good for training and getting motivated and for morale....however....if there really is racism against other races and arrogance...then STOP!!!

    U Gotta Keep Training Keep Doing Pull Ups Push Ups Until U Can't Do No More Never Give Up I Started Out Like U I Only Was Doing 8 To 12 Pull Ups Now I Could Do Pull Ups All Day The Key Is Keep Going Don't Stop

  • @mh31sw7799 make sure you rest up between sets but also never give up if all you can do is 5 keep doing as many as u can and eventually you'll be doing more and more

    In my mind i thinked about it(start training) like 1000 times,but that was just bull"hit(Sorry).I dont have good health,i was born with lil' bit paralized legs and not strong hands,i was crying every day and night becouse of pain, i thinked that i am not like other guys till age of 22. once i saw video(bar-barians pull ups-muscle ups) and that MAN changed my minds,It was like explosion in my body.Now i am training everyday,feel good and happy!thank you!

  • Very inspiring and impressive! I've begun a new kind of training recently that I like to call T.R.O.N.(Total Range Of Motion) training. Basically developing the body to push, pull, or lift in a limitless range of motion. I will for sure add these moves to my routine. Thanks a ton for posting this! I highly respect and honor the ability levels of everyone in this video! Continue to inspire!
