wow...what an ugly city.
I always figured that Vancouver wouldn't be worth visiting. North Americans have the some the most unliveable places on the planet; places utterly lacking in charm.
I don't need to spend a grand to travel from PA. to Vancouver on vacation now...I can just sit in my livingroom and take theSkytrain from Nanaimo to Waterfront...thank you peaceLUCK777!!!
It was Vancouver-like weather today in Toronto. Drizzle, misty, grey gloom so I was feeling nostalgic for Vcr. This video was just what the doctor ordered.
thank you so much for this awesome video. i used to live in van before and it reminds me of taking skytrain from broadway to science world. i was feeling like i am on skytrain when i saw this. once again thank you!
The lovely Skytrain. I miss the nice view, colorful design and announcing voice. In Japan the trains/subways have this recorded horrible old hag screaming ads and barking rules about cell phones and where to park bikes etc, and the train is dark, stinky and jampacked with disgusting old men picking their noses and being pricks. I put my elbow up infront of me when exiting trains to deflect them when the doors open cause they always run for the seats. Japan sucks. I love Vancouver.
you're kidding me. I've been to tokyo and the passengers are always orderly, courteous and quiet. You wanna know what is barbaric, come to singapore. People won't even queue or let alighting passengers out first! Plus punks playing loud music, and people talking loudly, and kids running all over the carriage!
i went on that skytrain every day during a month last summer, and sometimes i still can hear that woman repeatin "the next station is: nanaimo" lol. its a shame you didnt recorded her saying that...
