you don't need to to clean cymbals really, you can dust them. But most chemicals are just abrasive and can ruin the cymbal and it ruins them.

they sound darker when tarnished, and dark cymbals are expensive like Zildjian K custom's or Sabian HHX so it's sort of a compromise, i guess

i suggest to just use warm water and a cloth, and then just dry em of with a dry cloth.

Don't use water, never use water it will just tarnish the cymbal and any copper in the cymbal will turn green, and no one wants greenish cymbals

How do you play the 16th notes on the hihat at the beginning? You play them pretty much effortless, when i do that i get all sloppy and tense :/ I´ve tried Blasting them but it sounds like crap xD

try to use your wrist more and also use some of your fingers to help bounce the stick
