Haha! This is EPIC! my dad always is muttering away prayers/religious chants to himself quietly, often absent from the present moment - in his eyes, he sees that as being spiritual. But the slightest thing can set him off, and he ends up having a bitch fit, like there is no tomorrow! ... makes me think, REALLY dad? Do you think that stuff you say actually helps? ... Worst thing is when he lectures me to do it too!! ... That's where the fingers and lectures clip pops to mind... LOL
@gagzy1989 My dad was the same way, a "born-again' Christian with an anger management problem who loved judging and criticizing others, especially other religions, including Christ based ones like Catholics and Jehovah's Witnesses! It put a bad taste in my mouth.....I no longer identify with any one religion because I believe they were all created to control and divide people. Now I am "spiritual, not religious." I love learning about metaphysics instead.

I totally agree....being religious is not synonomous with being spiritual. They are two totally different things.
