he is talking about something/someone where he belongs to, with whom he has blended his soul to, and from whom he is inseparable.. And as someone who has experienced these feelings , it could be someone you love or the land which you identify yourself with. Unlikely "God" ;-) and its not patriotism too ;-) Its pure human feelings :-D

To enjoy this, you dont necessarily need a love failure...... anybody whom you felt so deep about will do......like mother, father, brother, sister, teacher, or any relationship, which raised yourself from your body...... Whenever I go with it, I have my mom in my mind whom I lost 8 years back.......and when this poem winds up.... to be honest.......I would have burst into tears.... the power of literature...... really hats off.......
