Yes, they do cheat. Once upon a time steroids in professional sports were associated with the Soviet Union. Nowadays, the perception has shifted to the United States. Which is somewhat sad, because great athletes will have their reputation tarnished, and people who should have participated, will always have to say to themselves "that cheat went on the Olympics because he/she was on steroids... and I would never get that chance again".
