it´s part of world adventures- expansion pack. you need the "testingcheatsenabled true"- cheat and then the "buydebug on"-cheat and then you can buy it ;-)

The Tower ist for decoration in your neighbourhood, so the size of the lot is not important

To see the tower, you can either see it in normal gameplay high up in the air with the screen low tilted, or you can go into map view and press tab.

To build the tower, hold ctrl, shift and c, and then type in 'testingcheatsenabled true.' Then do the same thing but type buydebug on. Then go into buy mode (if in a foreign location, shift and click on the ground---buy on this lot." In buy mode, go into sort by category and press the ?. The tower should be there.

You won´t find it there, you have to buildt the tower for yourself in the game. Read my last komments of this video, than you know how to do it

in France you see only the skyline of paris at the end of the lake... you can´t walk to it in the game. this tower is an object that can be bought if you use some cheats.

It´s very simple, just press the "tab" key on your keyboard. than you can change the view

i put it into riverview. You can get the Tower only if you use the "testingcheatsenabled true"-cheat and then the "buydebug on"cheat, then you´ll find the tower in your buy-mode-catalogue
