Yes this is the same NIGHTMARE, some band members changes, but it's the guys who released "Waiting For A Twilight" in 1984.

I think that he/she says that there's in Japan same named band, called Nightmare/Naitomea.
And Japan's Nightmare is very famous in they country... And i don't have hear this France's Nightmare anything so...
This is only my outsider vision but i hope that helps :D
