I can't believe the number of idiots defending the Captain. It is not about "Bravery" it's about DUTY, IT'S HIS FUCKING JOB to ensure the safe evacuation of everyone onboard. It is part of his Job Description, which is why he is paid Euros 5k per month. It is also Maritime Law for him to provide assistance to people in need at sea, which is why he is facing criminal charges for not having done that.

Would love to find out what was going on on the bridge leading up to this...what happened to the notion that a ships captain is the last one to leave? Is that just a myth?
Why were there not enough seats on the life rafts? Why was there no lighting in the corridors on the ship after it turned on its side? Why did the passengers have to fight over life jackets? Why didn't the staff and Captain wait until they were the last on board like they are supposed to? Seems not much has changed since Titanic!

Passangers were told not to put on life jackets as theirs no problem a life boat was left dangling on the side with people in it and the captain and 1st officer got off the ship leaving passangers confused not knowing what to do.

An epic and astounding fail of gargantuan proportions...with todays technology and navigational systems, how is this possible? Wtf? Would love to find out what was going on on the bridge leading up to this...what happened to the notion that a ships captain is the last one to leave? Is that just a myth?

Why were there not enough seats on the life rafts? Why was there no lighting in the corridors on the ship after it turned on its side? Why did the passengers have to fight over life jackets? Why didn't the staff and Captain wait until they were the last on board like they are supposed to? Seems not much has changed since Titanic!

we dont know yet what went wrong there so wait till its clear and then bash the cunt who was responsible for this. but major problem on any cruise ship is that the average age of the guests is 100 and nobody is taking safety drills seriously, they have unskilled crew cause they hire the cheapest idiots they can find, captain runs away and so on. in my opinion and i know something about this is that its not like bang a rock they must have seen it coming for a while

Passangers were told not to put on life jackets as theirs no problem a life boat was left dangling on the side with people in it and the captain and 1st officer got off the ship leaving passangers confused not knowing what to do.
