no a lvl 90 can not do gwd becouse he will suck but if he with a good team he can but he wont help

90 Combat, good luck getting people to go with you, and probably not
90 Ranged, probably if you're combat is decent (and by decent, most teams want at least 100+)

Because of multiple things...
1) Two of us (myself included) had 79 ranged
2) One of our 90+ Rangers died about 9 kills in, so it was to 95+ and two 79's... Yeah we didn't do so hot...
