If you like En Vogue, you would like them in all forms because they have done an excellent job keeping their essence in tact for 20 years and counting. The maker of the video forgot to include the En Vogue line up of just Cindy and Terry b4 Amanda! And, thats from a fan thats been true through thick and thin! Terry, Cindy, Dawn Maxine, Amanda and Rhona are the real Funky Diva's of soul!
AMEN!! Original members Terry and Cindy were in each line-up change, especially Terry, so how could you not still love and support them? The quality vocals and stage presence remained the same (even with Amanda and Rhona aboard), so they never lost their stride, IMO. LONG LIVE EN VOGUE IN ALL THEIR INCARNATIONS!!
You better believe it. En Vogue didn't end because Dawn left for God knows what or Maxine had to care for her family. Terry and CIndy kept it rolling and should be applauded for their efforts. Had those two not kept the name out there and the show going, any type of reunion at this point would be dang near impossible.
@betcamus damn right...even when original members weren't present, they were still able to find replacements that could hold their own onstage and vocally next to who they were replacing at the time and also brought their own renditions to things...EVforever.
@dbomb12 Actually, Cindy did tour with the group at the beginning of '04, 'cause that's whne soul Flower was released. Maxine returned again and remained after Cin was on maternity leave towards the end of '04.
@MajorMovieStar I am a true En Vogue fan too. I remember when they first hit the scene when I was in high school. They are all Funky Divas. It's just that Dawn, Max, Terry, and Cindy are the original members. But Amanda and Rhonna most def deserve credit to even make it in the group at any time. And Rhonna sings her a** off.
this was the first line up and hopefully the last! i just seen them in concert here in hawaii and i wasn't surprised by how they sounded even better than when i seen them on the arsenio hall show performing hold on! and they look fabulous!! does anyone know if they're putting out another album?? HELP!
err i hope they have an album! i think they'd make nice ballads with B.Cox.. but i just don't want Dawn to EVER leave again, En Vogue just isn't the same without her.. she brings the young sexy vibe to the group.. she's my favorite.

They have the right as indivisuals to advance in thier carees and future endevours single handedly, and although they might have went thier seperate ways at one point, rather it be to get married, have kids, or go solo, they have that right and an obvious agreement amongths the group to do just that, in the end they mad it 20 yrs together! 1luv
