  • what your pole size?45 ore 50 mm? i mean diameter

  • I got it on my first try whoop whoop

  • @ratstaman since when was pole dancing so wrong? This type of workout actually lets a woman feel good about herself, stop thinking like a square and have an open mind. I myself am a pole dancer so I know what I'm talking about.

  • When did it become a good thing to be a pole dancer?

  • @ratstaman when was it a bad thing?

  • Did your husband record this ?

  • It looks like you are jumping up rather than pulling up

  • I started doing pole classes for almost 3weeks and I really wanna know how to do this move, I been going almost everyday working on my flexibility 2 to 3 times per week going at this rate does anyone know how long it will take to execute this move? Everyone says it depends on your body or Wat not but that's not the answer I'm looking for

  • @blackrose3303 Yes, totally. I am a pole dancer and it takes a lot of stretching and flexibility to master this move. Most inverted pole dancing moves require flexibility, as well as tons of strength!

  • i love her shoes *-*

  • I have done this move so many times. And one day I really hurt my back doing this move. It took three months for my back to heal, and before I can do the move again.

  • She has a pole in the middle of her living room. . . Awesome !! :)

  • She iz so beautiful

  • Where can I get a pole for pole dancing

  • @pez162 X-pole, all the way. Make sure you measure your ceiling accurately. Anything over 9 feet (even an inch) and you need the extension! Happy pole-ing!

  • @pez162 ebay, amazon, spencers, different sex stores have them too

  • under ground pole competitions are real cash.. I myself work in a high ends gentlemen's club. but i do participate in underground pole dance competitions that are held at a big warehouse or dance studio. i know what i'm talking about. winner gets all.. the competitions that happen at the club are shit. they dont give you chance to show really what you got when it comes to dance battles.. thats more what i handle with pole competitions dance battles.,.

  • lostsoul7567 you should get a pole and stick it in your house and what these videos. its like a free pole dancing class.. im a dancer at a club and i use these videos all the time to learn new tricks or properly how to do a trick.. i hope to do contest one day and earn some real money and a title for pole dancing. but you can do anything. buy a pole stick in your house and practice... practice makes perfect baby.. male or female you can do it..

  • @Grizzle2years wow, real money is not pole competition it's in club dancing!. you are looking at this the wrong way. i make 800-1200 a night working the pole at a high end gentlemen's club. .what'sn first prize? 5-10,000 and you must practice and train like a tennis p;layer. I'm average and paid emory univ tuition club dancing.,

  • This may sound weird and I know I'm gonna get made fun of for this but I'm a guy and I really wanna learn to pole Dance :) itts always been a dream of mine soo I'd like to thank you for making videos describing how to do this it helps :D so thank you and I can't wait to get really good -3 :D

  • @lostsoul7567 just the fact that you posted that makes you awesome :P

  • Comment removed

  • Keep pressing 6 to find out where she wants you to put it

  • Well ... She's got my attention.. she does it naturally!

  • @persiankat19 If she's not trying to be sexy why is she pole dancing?

  • @FishscaleRaw pole dancing is now used as a workout. Not just as a workout but its spreading like wild flowers

  • Girl shake that booty meat

  • you cant do this videos infront of men

  • sei troppo figa zia

  • not only are pole dancers sexy, they are STRONG!

  • To supitcha91, she is doing this for beginners not for competitors, plus what is iy to you?? i can do many things on the pole , but will never be able to do a split due to joint injury fron trying to do one in ballet class when i was little> so stop critisizing please.and like me, you have may faults at writing! LOL!!!

  • Fail...... Next time make sure you point your snatch at the camera.

  • @schoffen unfortunately just because you feel comfortable doesn't mean it is correct. Many professional competition pole dancers will support my theory inverts & do. Pantera, alerted austin, & Felix cane have all spoken on the importance of proper inverts. There are numerous postings, websites, & litature on it. Jumping & flinging is a way to cheat the nessecary strength that can eventually lead to

  • @persiankat19 she doesn't need to TRY to be sexy...she already is. She could be demonstrating basket weaving and my jaw would still drop.

  • I am going to get flamed for this, but I think you need some constructive criticism. Inverts should be a gentle lift. You are not supposed to jump doing anything in pole, as you are doing with this move. The tendency with inverts it so jump, fling, or kick into them. This is incorrect. This can cause injury and if you can not gently lift into a tuck then you are not prepared to invert. Also landing is just as important. They should be controlled and you really shouldn't be able to hear them.

  • id love to know how many ppl r actually practisin this on a pole as they watch. just go to a pole dance class people with a professional then do this @ home before u break ur necks.

  • *perv smile*

  • I have a "My Private dancer" kit, and it says not to do spins etc... but i bolted it into my ceiling AND floor and it is amazing. Sturdy as hell. So...dont give me the "this poles safer shit"

  • my opinion= she's a gr8 teacher. All yu hatin on her are probably too fat to b gettin on the pole anyway. ♥

  • she is a good instructor. sometimes instructors show you how to do things but don't explain what muscles are involved or explain the technique in details. for example, she is absolutely right about letting your body fall backward. i tried this move so many times with my instructor without knowing this little secret and after i found out- it worked!

  • she ies very bad

  • She looks meserable lmao

  • 5 guys disliked this because the video was too short to fap to.

  • this looks like great upper body and abb work.

  • wooooo finally did it. took me 4 days! but practicing the movement, will allow you to do it eventually. if you can only go half way, keep practicing till you get it! its scary at first, but practice makes perfect!

  • @charliexkamikaze lol im on my 3rd days and im starting to think i can't do it! lol but i'll take your word for it

  • @supitcha91 It takes most people 2-6 months to invert properly. You should not be trying an invert until you mastered all spins, can climb, sit, holds including a split grip, pole sits, proper fan kicks, and be able to do 10 tuck inverts without jumping.

  • @poleatlsy I don't know if that's true.... I inverted on my first lesson and can now do it comfortably and unsupported on my fifth lesson...

  • @supitcha91 keep trying. you cant be scared to fall back. i suggest trying the"sunwheel" before doing this. it will get you into the motion

  • omg she makes it look so friggan easy ^:)^

  • I'd lick dat pole

  • lol your comments are funny. Anyway, did check out her biceps? shes strong!

I think I should hit the gim before i bust my ass!!! lol!!! careful anyone trying it!!

  • Thanks & good tipss

  • Which hand should you have at the top and which one underneath?? im right handed :)

  • im right handed too and invert on the right hand side. when u invert u want ur outside hand on the top.. if u have it on the bottom, ur arm is gonna stop ur chest from being able to move and tilt. and remember dont have ur hands how high because ur foot has to be able to come up over the top hand. So. rockstep, PULL with ur arms, tilt back and V. dont just kick, you HAVE to pull. =)

  • Yea I know what you mean, so has anyone remember going to a strip club and remembering these movies, I dont lol but now if I went I would look for the moves and how good they are on the pole, I have seen some that are awful with the pole but most of the girls on here are really good, "talented"

  • yea its rare some girls at the clubs know these moves, but its only because they arent really money makers. its the floor work and interaction that makes them money so they dont really care. other than that if its slow they will play with it a bit =)

  • I would think these are the money makers, it would look sexy for a girl naked doing these kind of moves.

  • @apiapi8 i agree.

  • That is a bad ass move, I love when they do that move then slide down the pole in the same position.

  • nice move

  • I just can't do it!I've tried and tried getting close but never quite.

  • thats because how she shows ur hand grip.. shes showing u to grab how high.. but then moves her hands down anyways. and dont just try n kick your feet up, u need to pull with ur arms and tuck in and up with your core (tummy) =) outside hand is ontop, about head height. the higher ur hands the higher ur feet have to make it.

  • there are lots of different brands. I recomend the X-pole it has the best safety record.

  • the one i got is the carmen electra electra pole from the peek-a-boo brand. its a tension pole so you don't need to screw it into the ceiling (but if you choose to it has that option). don't get the regular peek a boo pole because its for posing only. get it at spencers or ebay

  • the poling community will tell you NOT to get the carmen pole.. unless ur like 5'1 4'9... rofl i was desperate and got it.. the money u waist being cheap... u can just get yourself the best one =) esp one that wont cut ur ribs after doing this move (the giant plastic nut on the bottom)

  • I'm 4"9 lOl heh

  • what you need to find is a removable pole, they don't screw into anything, its alll pressure. I have one and it's just as sturdy. But those you could find through X-Pole and the one i have is a Platinum Stages pole. google em!

  • thats one of my favorites and the guys love it!!!!

  • She makes this look so graceful and easy! Nice work simplifying this, but I still can't do it yet!

  • H@wt

  • She's still a virgin!

  • SOOOOOOOOOOOO hot.

  • you are really sexy.
