Because he didnt comply with the police's orders to leave the premises, therefore he was by law Tresspassing and when being taken off the grounds he was resisting the police. The reason why they wanted him to leave was because each person was only supposed to get one question, have 30 seconds to ask it, and there was supposed to be no improper language.
