yes you can and sometimes those brushes work better just make sure they are soft enough you can always make them softer by using hair shampoo and conditioner hope that helps

Thanks for this look Leesha. I totally agree with you about minerals, I also have problem applying them wet. I know they look amazing wet when you try in your hand but once I put it on my eyes, there are parts that they don't stick well or are too sheer.
