That one mice runnig circles around wheel is obviously brain damaged. Allways turning the same way, cant turn around... Disgusting to know, that they sell sick mice, some little girl buys a pet mice, and then it dies short after.
Those are deplorable conditions for mice! Never give them a water dish; always use a bottle. Mice will fill the dish with bedding and feces. That wheel is unsafe; it should be meshed or solid. There appears to be a lack of bedding and there are no places for the mice to hide. The space is also a bit small. PETCO does a much better job.
Do NOT use a bottle. I have always had a bottle because a dish would get dirty like you discribe , but after my mice died because my bottle just stopped working i never used a bottle again, and my (new) mice don't bother

haha! we had a bug in our house that was running in circles on the edge of a bowl! it was sooo funny. wish i got it on tape!

We have a mouse like that. She started running in circles a while ago, and does it pretty much constantly now.
