There is NO LEGIT way to get Deoxys on any of the games, I think. That means, you can't get it without codes, cheats, hacks, etc. Unless they had or are going to have an event for mystery gift to get it, there's no way. The space station crap was proved wrong.

NO. In the Japanese Version though, After you beat the E4 and capture the Latias/Latios, go to the Space center and talk to one of the Scientist and you can go to the moon and capture Deoxys. This works since I've played the (J) Version on an Emulator for my PC

How to catch a Deoxys.

First, defeat the Elite 4. Then, catch a latias. LV it up to lv 67 with a sitrus berry. Go to space center. Talk to a certain guy who says the number of launches. If he doesnt say 67, lv up your latias to lv 77. For sure, it should work. H e send you to the moon. Go up the stairs. If fail to catch Deoxys, u automatically go back to Hoenn.
