It is not a well established fact that Christ was suicide and to say it is one of the most well established facts in history is absurd. The only evidence of Christ's existence contemperary to his life time are the gospels. Josephus and Tactitus wrote 70 years later and did not mention his cruicifixion.

Second, the context doesn't fit. At all. The song is about love between a woman and a man.
Third, the Quran only talks about the Torah to be inspired by God. The song of Solomon isn't a part of it, of course.
The one Jesus says will come after him can - in context - only be the holy spirit.

They didn't really fight him before the Hijra. They boycotted him some time. Because he destroyed their idols at the Kaaba (try that today in Mecca, you won't survive a minute - Muhammad survived quite some years).
