Even if you clean it is not free of microscopic pathogens. Anal to mouth is a serious risk. The simple fact is that there are bacteria and parasites found in the rectum that have no place in the mouth. And they cause serious infections including hepatitis, if transmitted. And how bacteria transfers from mouth to mouth when 2 people kiss. Its a really risky thing to do, and lets not forget penis penetration into the anus. It can cause infection and is risker for STDs than any other sexual act.
