@Chiochipsrs Think it was John singing "and if you want some John". It's a semi rehearsed version of the song from the "white album sessions". There's hundreds of hours of stuff like this, the band trying out new ideas or just messing about and the tapes were kept rolling. More and more of it is finding it's way onto the internet. There's a very good book that documents all their time at Abbey Road.
