Therefore to be Religious, you would have been "caused" or "forced" to worship in a manner that may not be appropriate to your personal walk with God, or commitment to discover God for everything he is. From the Bible, we see that it is not the chip because the issue in the Bible in regards to the mark of the beast is worship. I do believe that the chip will have a part to play in the final events but it is not the mark. If you read through Daniel 3, it will give you a snap shot on what the mark of the beast crisis will be like and that when we have a firm foundation in Christ and His righteousness manifested in us, we will not choose to sin but rather die than sin.

Look up Deitrich Bonhoffer and find out what Luther told him on his deathbed. Do I think that every member of the RCC is pure? Of course not. I don't know who Uriah Smith is, but unless his teaching is about the Beast empires that persecuted God's people throughout the ages, then he is also wrong. The Book of the Revelation is about the BEAST, period. It is a beast that has existed from the time of the flood and is identified by specific things that it does.

They claim that the change from Saturday to Sunday is a mark of their ecclesiastical authority in religious matters. That have written publications that they themselves put and and make that claim. @459triple3 Sunday worship might be called a 'sign', but it is not a mark. See how 'sign' is used. A sign is a behavior or event that signifies. Only in Rev 13 is the word 'mark' is used. To mark something, you must MARK it! And, NO, they do not fit all of the requirements described of the Beast.

I have just 1 thing to say about this sermon. Satan will use anything and everything to keep people from knowing God. I think we can all agree on this. Example; internet, sure it's used for good but is also used for evil, like porno. SOOO, what makes this Pastor think that Satan won't, or can't use technology for his mark. The beast is the UN. The false prophet will come from the Roman Catholic church. The mark will be something implanted into your right hand or forehead that will be required to live and to survive in the society. There will also be many deaths to those who refuse it.
A prominent leader either in partnership with the UN or the political leader of the UN will. He will be viewed as a peacemaker by many and a religious leader from the Catholic faith as the false prophet. The Catholic faith is the harlot spoken of in Revelation but they are not the antichrist. They will be judged along with every other faith or individual that follows their false doctrine. @lovelymomof3 There will be no implant. The right hand speaks to the deeds of men and the mind has to do with the thoughts or beliefs of men. Some will believe and do according to what they believe and thereby receive the mark after being deceived. Others will know the truth and still follow the laws that disregard God's command to avoid the economic sanctions that will go against those who refuse.

The Mark of the Beast are those who are refusing to keep the commandments but are keeping the commandments of the beast and the Bible says the Beast power is the Papacy and their commandments are against the commandments of God.
That may be one of the outward manifestations but the 'mark' is internal. Read Ezekiel 6 where angels with destroying weapons are sent throughout the city to wipe out evil people BUT are told to wait until the angel with the writers inkhorn on his side goes and marks the just with His mark. Sabbath is not for Christians. Christians worship on the Lords Day. Christ was still in the earth on saturday , day after he was buried, but he rose up on the Lords day. Also called the first day of the week or the 8th day, 8th day also being the circumcision of a male, ironically Jesus rises up on this day because it is the circumcision of the spirit. Nowhere in the new testament is their a penalty for not keeping the Sabbath for Christians,only for the Jews. Christians keep the Lords Day.

The 12 tribes listed at Revelation are not natural-born Jews. This is the new "Israel of God" mentioned in the Bible that is made up of peoples of all the nations who are "Israel in their hearts." Compare the names of the 12 tribes listed at Rev 7 to the actual 12 sons of Jacob (Israel) list at Gen Chapter 49. You will see that they do not match up. Why? Because the 12 tribes listed in Revelation are a new spiritual nation of Israel made up of faithful worshipers of all nations.
The 144000 is only Physical Israelites only. Not Jews only. 12000 from a tribe. There are no gentiles there. Where are the gentiles then? Well read Rev. 7: 9. The 144000 are righteous Israelites to be saved. It is called by the prophets, "Remnant" Isaiah 1: 9/ 10: 20 - 23. They why Paul said "All Israel will be saved" Rom. 11: 26. The covenant people only has a fixed number due to unbelief in the Messiah.
The 144000 is a new "Israel of God". Not natural born Jews. Have you compared the listing in Rev 7:4-8 to Gen Chapter 49. You will see that they are NOT the same. Rev 7:9 mentions "all" sorts of people coming out of the Great Tribulation-Jews included. Rev 14:1-5 shows the 14000 again. We see them "with" Christ and as "first fruits" among mankind. They "keep following the Lamb no matter where he goes." Natural Israel, as a nation, has not followed the Lamb. "no matter where he goes."
Natural Israelites brought the Gospel to us gentiles my friend. We Gentiles will be more in number. The reason why the Messiah revealed this to John so that the believers will know that God has given His covenant people a number because of their disobedience and unbelief. The Original church were all Jews. Abraham has faithful seeds by blood but unfortunately they will only be 144000. Bless.
The throngs who make up the body of worshipers come out of "ALL" of the nations (Acts 10:34-35). A new Covenant was instituted by Jesus with his followers on Nisan 33 after the evening meal. Jesus promised the 11 faithful disciples THEY would sit on thrones. (Luke 22:28-30) At Rev 3:21 this privilege would be extended to others (It doesn't say just Jews. It says 'to the one that overcomes'). These "others" would also sit on thrones. The 144000 "others" are seen sitting on thrones at Rev 20:6.
So you are saying that only 144000 to be saved both jews and gentiles. If by the Spirit you can understand Genesis 48: 17-22 and Romans 11 then you will understand what I am talking about. bless you.
The word "antichrist" is never mentioned in the Book of Revelation, nor is it implied. It is mentioned only 4 times in the Bible (1 and 2 John) and John mentions antichrists in the plural and that "they" were around during his time. It is misleading to associate a "single" antichrist with anything in The Book of Revelation.

I understand what you are saying. But the Bible doesn't say John is the last prophet, if you look at what Jesus says, He said in the last days there will be false prophets. Why didn't Jesus say what out for all prophets? maybe because in the last days there will be a prophet.

Daniel predicted the end of the close of probation of the Jewish nation, Steven was there to preach that last message in Acts 7:51-59
Daniel predicted 2300 days (literal years Ezekiel 4:6, Numbers 14:34) the sanctuary to be cleansed in 1844, so who was there to proclaim it? The Millerites with the prophet Ellen white proclaiming it.
As you can see there has been a prophet in each era of time. Ellen white if anything is the recommended as she appears on the scene Biblically on time, other than these other false prophets who just appear CLAIMING to be Christ. Ellen White is point EVERYTHING to the Bible.

I thought it best to show the meaning of the name but now notice what happens when you line up these meanings of the names according to the order listed in Rev. There is added attalic so it is easier to understand as the Bible translators did. It forms a very remarkable statement declaring how God saves the church as His bride!

The thing with the Jews was that they kept the law in a way to say we are righteous, we are God appointed so nothing will happen to us (Pride). The fruit wasn't there, so healing, doing good on the Sabbath was strange to them which concluded to them that it was breaking the Sabbath. They did their own thing added with the commandments of God *Matt 15:9*
Remember keeping the Sabbath isn't bad, but unless you change the way it should be done, can turn out bad, i.e. the Jews example

So, from what I understand, in order to fit in with any specific Religion, you would have to assume their style of worship etc... Therefore to be Religious, you would have been "caused" or "forced" to worship in a manner that may not be appropriate to your personal walk with God, or commitment to discover God for everything he is. Most Religion, makes one docile, only taking you so far, then leaving the rest to prophecy, almost eliminating the "personal" journey. Thanx for the warning pastor :)

From the Bible, we see that it is not the chip because the issue in the Bible in regards to the mark of the beast is worship. I do believe that the chip will have a part to play in the final events but it is not the mark. If you read through Daniel 3, it will give you a snap shot on what the mark of the beast crisis will be like and that when we have a firm foundation in Christ and His righteousness manifested in us, we will not choose to sin but rather die than sin.

Look up Deitrich Bonhoffer and find out what Luther told him on his deathbed. Do I think that every member of the RCC is pure? Of course not. The Book of the Revelation is about the BEAST, period. It is a beast that has existed from the time of the flood and is identified by specific things that it does.

He says 'five are fallen'. How could five 'kings' of the Church be fallen when it does not yet exist in John's time? 2. The mark is NOT Sunday worship. That men are not able to 'buy or sell' without it is the clue. Do you actually think that you can't buy or sell if you're a SDA or a Jew? Ridiculous.

Sunday laws are recognized in many states today already. The Bible does not support Sunday sacredness. People used to be punished in this country for violating Sunday laws. Those laws are still in place. They will be enforced again.

@459triple3 Sunday worship might be called a 'sign', but it is not a mark. See how 'sign' is used. A sign is a behavior or event that signifies. Only in Rev 13 is the word 'mark' is used. To mark something, you must MARK it! And, NO, they do not fit all of the requirements described of the Beast.

The 'kings' are kingdoms. The fallen are the Bablyonian, Egyptian, Assyrian, Chaldean, and Seleucid empires: All persecutors of God's people.

The beast is the UN. The false prophet will come from the Roman Catholic church. The mark will be something implanted into your right hand or forehead that will be required to live and to survive in the society. There will also be many deaths to those who refuse it.

A prominent leader either in partnership with the UN or the political leader of the UN will. He will be viewed as a peacemaker by many and a religious leader from the Catholic faith as the false prophet. The Catholic faith is the harlot spoken of in Revelation but they are not the antichrist. They will be judged along with every other faith or individual that follows their false doctrine. We are not for sure what the mark of the beast is or how it will be administered yet, but we will soon.

Some will believe and do according to what they believe and thereby receive the mark after being deceived. Others will know the truth and still follow the laws that disregard God's command to avoid the economic sanctions that will go against those who refuse.

That may be one of the outward manifestations but the 'mark' is internal. Read Ezekiel 6 where angels with destroying weapons are sent throughout the city to wipe out evil people BUT are told to wait until the angel with the writers inkhorn on his side goes and marks the just with His mark. So its not any RFID chip. It means not to worship the world and its 'beast' system.

Sabbath is not for Christians. Christians worship on the Lords Day. Christ was still in the earth on saturday , day after he was buried, but he rose up on the Lords day. Also called the first day of the week or the 8th day, 8th day also being the circumcision of a male, ironically Jesus rises up on this day because it is the circumcision of the spirit. Nowhere in the new testament is their a penalty for not keeping the Sabbath for Christians,only for the Jews. Christians keep the Lords Day.

The 12 tribes listed at Revelation are not natural-born Jews. This is the new "Israel of God" mentioned in the Bible that is made up of peoples of all the nations who are "Israel in their hearts." The 144000 is only Physical Israelites only. Not Jews only. 12000 from a tribe. There are no gentiles there. Where are the gentiles then? Well read Rev. 7: 9. The 144000 are righteous Israelites to be saved. It is called by the prophets, "Remnant" Isaiah 1: 9/ 10: 20 - 23. They why Paul said "All Israel will be saved" Rom. 11: 26. The covenant people only has a fixed number due to unbelief in the Messiah.

The 144000 is a new "Israel of God". Not natural born Jews. Have you compared the listing in Rev 7:4-8 to Gen Chapter 49. You will see that they are NOT the same. Rev 7:9 mentions "all" sorts of people coming out of the Great Tribulation-Jews included. Rev 14:1-5 shows the 14000 again. We see them "with" Christ and as "first fruits" among mankind. They "keep following the Lamb no matter where he goes." Natural Israel, as a nation, has not followed the Lamb. "no matter where he goes."

The throngs who make up the body of worshipers come out of "ALL" of the nations (Acts 10:34-35). A new Covenant was instituted by Jesus with his followers on Nisan 33 after the evening meal. Jesus promised the 11 faithful disciples THEY would sit on thrones. (Luke 22:28-30) At Rev 3:21 this privilege would be extended to others (It doesn't say just Jews. It says 'to the one that overcomes'). These "others" would also sit on thrones. The 144000 "others" are seen sitting on thrones at Rev 20:6.

The word "antichrist" is never mentioned in the Book of Revelation, nor is it implied. It is mentioned only 4 times in the Bible (1 and 2 John) and John mentions antichrists in the plural and that "they" were around during his time. It is misleading to associate a "single" antichrist with anything in The Book of Revelation.

She broke away from the "church of God" and she wanted to change the name of the church to Seventh Day Adventist according to a vision that she had. Of course we are Spiritual Israelites by faith BUT the 144000 are Israelites only. That is the number for the sons of Jacob. Due to disobedience, only 144000 are given to His covenant people. THe two tribes (Judah and Benjamin) and the lost ten or EPHRAIM. But Ephraim's name is changed to Joseph. We (gentiles) have been grafted in to Israel through faith therefore the commandments are written in our hearts and our minds as well. So we keep them as well. Bless.

The thing with the Jews was that they kept the law in a way to say we are righteous, we are God appointed so nothing will happen to us (Pride). The fruit wasn't there, so healing, doing good on the Sabbath was strange to them which concluded to them that it was breaking the Sabbath.
