angrywhenaroused has it right. Anyone not on your contacts gets autoblocked. Do you read every e-mail you get and open every attachment too? That's just silly. :)
In the last 4+ years of using Skype I have gotten 2 unwated Skype requests...after taking the time to play with the settings... never again
Anything to turn a buck. Corporations need to be reigned in. If you think the stuff they are doing in America isn't bad - then look at the shit they've done in Third world countries.
I've gotten this message too. I figured that it wasn't real and blocked it. I've also gotten spam messages over Yahoo IM sending me porn links as well.
Nice video! I heard this (or similar) a couple of months ago when one of my users asked me to come "check this sh*t out"! We rarely see this or spam on Skype because we turn on the "only allow calls/IM from people in my contact list"!

i get these allot and ignore them.
that website is malicious in most cases if not all cases,and the website itself contains a virus or key-loggers of sorts.
i think it's less about the marketing,and more about putting bots on your computer to get your credit card info etc...

just block these accounts with also reporting abuse. skype blocks these accounts automatically after several reported abuses.
