buy a smaller board and practice... probably want to get a jib stick because of the softer flex.... and dont be afraid to go small small, i've got a 147 and i weigh 150 and i'm 5'10".... just pay attention to the weight range because my board ran high so i could get a really small one, but some companies you might only be able to go to a 150 or so
