I personally believe its not about miley nor selena....i think its about some one us fans DON'T KNOW....and I'm glad he's not telling it makes the song even better beacuse of the mystery behind it..... thats just my point of view tho...

Its for selena cause people are saying that he showed up to Selena's concert and selena showed up to his' and that Selena and nick have been talking to each other secretly, and stuff and also that he said "This is for a very special person" And selena was there when he sang it and Miley Wasn't plus Nick and Miley Are NOT meant for each other: Cause Miley Has Moved on once she broke up with nick while selena on the other hand didn't plus i give confidence in both Miley and Liam .

Going from girl to girl. Then they're better off with another guy. Besides, I LOVE Miley and Liam. It seems like Liam would take a bullet for Miley, Do whatever it takes to keep harm away from Her.
