hatte dich ja mal nach deiner übersetzung gefragt.sagtest du würdest nen 17er ritzel vorne fahren.das passt doch gar nicht oder?also mein 15er macht da schon fast probleme.mit dem kupplungsnehmerschutz schleift das schon.ich fahre 14:48.finde ich ideal für sumo.hab mal 15:48 gefahren und das ding war kaum merklich schneller,wollte aber gar nicht mehr so böse beschleunigen.

ne. das ding ist extrem massiv und service-freundlich, nicht zu vergleichen mit einem 4-takter. Ich wollt aber trotzdem mal ne 525er fahren und hab n gutes angebot bekommen.

hab die 300er nicht mehr. selbst wenn da ne schraube wäre, würde die wohl kaum die leistung so fest drosseln, dass das die Leistungsentfaltung so stark beeinflussen würde. dazu bräuchte man nen Schieber-Stopper im Vergaser und ne stärkere Abdichtung am Luftfilter.

Look for used 17" Wheels, any 17" Wheels of lc4 sm, Husabergs etc. of the last years should fit.

you´re probably the first guy who cares about the mpg of a supermoto.. It depends on the way you drive it. I only can tell you how much liters it needs for 100km: from 6liters(easy driving) to 12liters(engine running high) I guess. But its not more than a 4-stroke needs, by driving it soft its even less!

here it looks like your transmission is very short.

I dont remember the rear sprocket but it was larger than the original, front was 17. Highspeed ca. 140kmh

Yeah, 300 exc is great to drive. Its like a 525 but it doesnt feel that heavy. End-Speed is a bit lower 140kmh, but there is alway enough torque if you need it. but I guess the best thing is, that you dont need to setting up the valves every time, because the 300er has none:)

no, all original parts. the suspension is not modified. maybe the newer models have harder fork-suspension-settings but i guess its almost the same to ride..

thats a sweet video!ive got a ttr 125 and i really want an 07 300...i can ride a wheelie startin in 3rd and then shiftin into 4th but not 5th.have you had any problems with your 300?and how about the power compared to other 250 2 strokes?

thx. i never had a 125 :) i switched from 50ccm to 300. i didnt have any problems at all. the engine runs good and starts steadily.

the Power of the most 250ccm is almost the same, but the 300ccm has more torque, so you dont have to change gears as much, and there is enough power from the begining on (rpm).

yes it is a doma silencer+pipe. Every time you get on a 250+ 2-stroke bike, it just kicks your ass. thats what I love!

I've been riding my bike for 2 years now. I had no problems at all. The 300exc runs very good, its like a 525 4t but it feels like it has just the half weight.

17": german:(17"Zoll) - tires: contiforce - I paid 1100 dollars, i live next to austria so it was easy to get them cheap (ktm is an austrian brand) I don't know how much they are in the US and A :)

If you want to change your wheels you'll might need a bigger brake-disk because of the heating..
