To be honest with all of you "fanyboys" out their listen up! First of all it depends on your TV, Graphics Card, and Processer(Excuse me for spelling errors). The Xbox 360 has a cheap Graphics card and Processer than the PS3 and PC. The PS3's system is very similar to the PC. The only fault of game systems is that you can't upgrade it. The PC can be upgraded when you a new Graphics Card or Processer come out. Me personal love the PS3 and PC.

I was looking at a pc on there and it costs £2000 for it when i can get it for £1300 on a different website, all you pay for is the logo on those things.

@katarn201 ive been a PC gamer now around 3 years, i enjoy games like Skyrim, BF3, Amnesia etc just a nice wide veriety, and you can enjoy them more if you can run them well e.g high/ultra graphics :P
@katarn201 Take a look at critic aggregators like Metacritic and GameRankings, they'll give you a good idea of how games were received by critics in general and if they are worth playing or not. That goes for PC games as well as for console games.

Meaning I don't have to spend $1000 on a computer, a few hours installing, and still not be sure if the game will run, I can just pop the game in and find some friends, and play on a nice couch, with surround sound.

I don't really wanna spend 500 every 1-2 years upgrading my PC. Seriously, in 2009, you got intel core 2 duo quad core 2.4ghz and a shitty GPU for 1500. Now I can get a six core 4Ghz Overclock and an MSI GTX 560 overclock PC for just 600. PS3 can still run the latest games and is so much better price wise and exclusives are awesome.
@willjon100 in 2009 I got my pc for 1000$, now I still got my pc and haven't spent 1 $ on upgrading it. I agreea that in 3-4 years I might need a update since I do a lot of 3d max animating, but for gaming it will still dominate consoles in any game possible for the next 5-6 years. So that would mean 2 generations of consoles defeated by 1 pc and if we are to take the prices of the consoles at lauch, that would be more than 1000$, not to mention the game prices.
@CriminalGameplay Pc also has exclusivies. A few of em: 3d max, sony vegas, utorrent, all games in steam market, overclocking, Fl studio, and the ability to host servers.

The PC has the best looking visuals, but I'll trade the slightly better graphics for the simplicity of the consoles. With a PC you need to upgrade hardware, download drivers, deal with compatibility issues, and tweak game settings. When you want to play a game on a console, you just hit the power button and it works as the developers intended.
@dvsrt101 I am a PC games, i play most games on a PC..When i was younger, i would as ways end up getting games that didn't work with my PC. It was frustrating.You can buy a $500PC, and still not be able to run the newest games, or games that come out 2 years after purchase. PC gaming is a luxury , one that most can't afford. I agree with you;however, i still use my PC for gaming. Skyrim on xbox360 with HDMI has awful texture quality!! Some games are meant for console, some are meant for PC

Then again I don't know anyone who still has an original 360 model and only one with an original PS3 so I suppose they're upgrading without improving the graphics
@henryhenriquez Exactly, they upgrade (forced to do so considering the 360s failure rate) but get no real benefit other than more storage. The PS3 has even downgraded, no more flash memory ports, PS2 emulation removed and fewer USB ports.
I am not a fanboy whatsoever and favor both pc and console. But I prefer pc, because sometimes the convenience of free online, better graphics, better performance, and better and not forgetting cheaper sales. Plus, majority of console games are on pc. Anyway great video matey :)
@asdrubale1209 Depends on your budget. I can build a decent gaming PC for under $400 USD. my new one will cost me a bit more though... about $600 USD. Also if you know computers you can fix the errors. if your console overheats and takes a crap and its not under warranty then you have to pay for the repairs. I love both the console and the PC so I am not a fanboy :) I lean more towards PC since it does have less problems but the console is good for a plug and play system.

Unlike PCs (with no cost limit, large cases and much better cooling, and high-wattage PSUs), they can't afford to use high-end hardware. If new consoles were released today, they would be on par with the top of the mainstream PC market, but still behind high-end ones.

I don't really wanna spend 500 every 1-2 years upgrading my PC. Seriously, in 2009, you got intel core 2 duo quad core 2.4ghz and a shitty GPU for 1500. Now I can get a six core 4Ghz Overclock and an MSI GTX 560 overclock PC for just 600. PS3 can still run the latest games and is so much better price wise and exclusives are awesome.

@willjon100 in 2009 I got my pc for 1000$, now I still got my pc and haven't spent 1 $ on upgrading it. I agreea that in 3-4 years I might need a update since I do a lot of 3d max animating, but for gaming it will still dominate consoles in any game possible for the next 5-6 years. So that would mean 2 generations of consoles defeated by 1 pc and if we are to take the prices of the consoles at lauch, that would be more than 1000$, not to mention the game prices.

@terorvlad YIf You have parts, You can buy it even for 1.5k but it would not stand for long. For next 1-2 years You will probably need next to keep graphics on good quality. PC gaming is constant upgrade of Your computer. Good monitors cost more than 1k, especially big ones like 24. For 2.5k You won't buy a good computer with monitor. Sory mate.

All this "Console gamers are idiots!!! PC ftw!!!" is dumb as sh!t and posted by the kids which parents gave or bought them a computer for gamming. FYI I'm a programmer (and PC gammer too) so I don't have problem to buy a good computer but why should I spend for example 3k PLN (Polish currency) for a computer + 1k for monitor (which will show this great graphic) than buy for example 42inch good TV for 2k + 1k for PS3? In my opinion that great PC graphis is not worth it.

The PC has the best looking visuals, but I'll trade the slightly better graphics for the simplicity of the consoles. With a PC you need to upgrade hardware, download drivers, deal with compatibility issues, and tweak game settings. When you want to play a game on a console, you just hit the power button and it works as the developers intended.

And there is an outstanding number of bugs, glitches, etc. on the consoles (or PS3 at least, I didn't play my 360 much before I sold it).

@dvsrt101 I am a PC games, i play most games on a PC..When i was younger, i would as ways end up getting games that didn't work with my PC. It was frustrating.You can buy a $500PC, and still not be able to run the newest games, or games that come out 2 years after purchase. PC gaming is a luxury , one that most can't afford. I agree with you;however, i still use my PC for gaming. Skyrim on xbox360 with HDMI has awful texture quality!! Some games are meant for console, some are meant for PC

@cistamlaka19 That's part of the problem with consoles, you can't just upgrade when it goes out of date, you have to wait until the next generation. Then again I don't know anyone who still has an original 360 model and only one with an original PS3 so I suppose they're upgrading without improving the graphics

its still the SAME procesor and same graphics card in the consoles...

@henryhenriquez Exactly, they upgrade (forced to do so considering the 360s failure rate) but get no real benefit other than more storage. The PS3 has even downgraded, no more flash memory ports, PS2 emulation removed and fewer USB ports.

@asdrubale1209 Depends on your budget. I can build a decent gaming PC for under $400 USD. my new one will cost me a bit more though... about $600 USD. Also if you know computers you can fix the errors. if your console overheats and takes a crap and its not under warranty then you have to pay for the repairs. I love both the console and the PC so I am not a fanboy :) I lean more towards PC since it does have less problems but the console is good for a plug and play system.

The only thing that would really kill you is the damn graphics cards LOL but you can usually find some for under $200 that play games smoothly. I found one I want to buy for $140 USD. I want to upgrade my wifes PC but she only goes on facebook, checks emails and the PC slots machines from 2006 LOL!

@gadgetapple You couldn't be more wrong. Consoles have limited cost, internal space and TDP budgets. Unlike PCs (with no cost limit, large cases and much better cooling, and high-wattage PSUs), they can't afford to use high-end hardware. If new consoles were released today, they would be on par with the top of the mainstream PC market, but still behind high-end ones.

PC will ALWAYS be superior to every console due to the easier modding abilities, better quality, better framerate, multitasking (you can listen to a song on internet while playing, etc), faster more stable controls and that you can upgrade the hardware.
Xbox and PS3 is better if you can't afford a good gaming PC, not to say they're bad though.
And Xbox vs PS3 is a personall matter.
