  • i used to have them then they all died but there was about 2000 eggs but sadly none of them hatched

  • lol sorry I Commented before I saw you say Mulberry Leaves

  • Are these Bombyx mori ? And do you sell them in smaller quantities?

  • I've been trying to find silk worms all over but I can't seem to get any into the local pet stores. I'm feeding my adult bearded dragon. Is the zebra silk worm better? Is there a difference? Also can you ship accross the border into canada?

  • isnt the gold capella plant toxic wondering i have one but i was told they where toxic so i didnt use in my enclosure?

  • Great video. ^_^ I'm hoping to try raising silkworms for my salamander, and this video helped a bit. Found a mulberry tree in my backyard at home, so I might try raising them during the summer months, then saving the eggs during the winter. Your chameleon is really pretty, but I think my salamander is more entertaining to watch feed. :P

  • Is it possible to grow them slowly? lol I'm trying to convince my mum into letting me get a Panther, I know all the care and things, but she doesn't want crickets constantly chirping or getting out the box, or cockroaches because they scare her. These seem a great alternative, but there's a HUGE downside, I have severe Mottephobia.. and so if these metamorphosed I'd probably have a heart attack lol. If theres any way to grow these slowly or any other food alternatives, Please tell me, thanks! :)

  • is this better to feed your leopard gecko then crickets?

  • @slowandpainless Yes it is, it's good to have a variety though. Silkworms, crickets and roaches can be used as staples.

  • @Care4URchameleon make more videos.

I will send you a pic if you don't know how it looks

  • If you ever want to save money, let me know. We could possibly go in on a wholesale deal and start a group buy.

You would need to atleast plan on buying 25 pounds...

  • Hey, do you make your own silkworm chow? If so, whats the other ingedients ? chopped mulberry leaves and ??? Also, is there another home made chow that you can make that doesnt need mulberry leaves? Thanks a lot! great vids!

  • @syken911

I don't make my own chow, and I only buy it in very large bulk.. But, nothing compared to the people who actually bring it in to the USA... read on...

Mulberry chow is sold from Asia, in extreme large amounts. Most distributors don't sell it unless you're buying atleast a Ton, literally a Ton!!!

The best way to save money is to have an unlimited amount of white mulberry leaves for your silkworms. Silkworms eat other mulberry species, but white mulberry is by far the best!

  • nice!! I bought some goliath worms once they grew up quick. They finished they chow i recorded my female panther eating one. I kno its low quality for because it was the cell phone lol. Well i wanted your opinion was the worm big for her in the video? I also think that youre prices are good if i succesfully breed me chams I would definatley buy silke worms from you.

  • u must breed em do u ship

  • @geckokid94

ship to where? If you're out of the US, I can ship you eggs! in the US, easily ship you live worms!
