you could use illustrator, i just personally like working with flash better.

you can also draw the line art with illustrator.. flash is more difficult i guess.

i just got flash mx..where is the layers located when you open up flash mx? i don't see it anywhere when i open up a picture

they are at the top, its called key frames

what exactly is this porgram called and where would i be able to get it? also how did you bend the lines like that using the line tool?

I used Flash MX 2004, and You hold Ctrl to bend the lines
