Well, the main problem imo of 2nd gen GS is the 5 speed, it's geared fine in late 90s to early 2ks, but compared to a modern 6spd auto in the IS, it's night and day difference, the weight is about the same, about 40kg difference as me and my friend weighted tonight...
heck, my brother's 06 330xi that weights the same as me but with 45hp less than me are almost exactly the same speed all over the map.
I know the IS350 is fast, but i didn't think it would be that much faster than a GS4
