Actually this is "Sanvean" as performed by Lisa Gerrard. 1st episode of season 5 and it's played while josh and donna walk along the white house fence where people have left gifts for the president's daughter who'd been kidnapped :)

This vid I showed to a few people who didn't get how you can be a fan of a political show like TWW. First time I watched this I dusted off the dvds and watched them from beginning to end. Wow! That was incredible...and yes, I still haven't seen the west wing! Sorry....don't hurt me! Lol. But yeah...it was awesome...the clips fit...the music fit...everything was sooo emotionally heartfelt...and I loved the voiceovers and especially the ones from One Tree Hill...they fit really well.
