TransUnion is evil. They send out form letters and do NOT read your dispute letters. They do NOT comply with the FCRA IMO. My experience is that even if you do go to small claims court, as I did, the judge will take the side of these evil companies.
Basically, you and I and everyone is screwed. Hopefully, somehow, someone, somewhere will expose TransUnion for what it is. A complete fraud. TransUnion should burn in hell IMO. There should be a regulatory agency which oversees these thieves.
