Obama, even during his campaign, said that he would increase the number of troops in Afghanistan, while decreasing troop counts in Iraq... so this isn't news to the people that have been actually following the news, unlike some of you fools. that clip talked about his goals for afghanistan, not iraq; however, if you would like to talk about iraq, why not? Yes, he has stated that he wants to reduce troop levels in Iraq and has NOT done so yet. If you just tried to comprehend the situation, you'd see why not. The Iraqi government isn't able to care for itself yet, and a pull out would result in more disaster than positive results. So yes, troop levels are the same in Iraq right now but Obama has never said that is what he wants to do
