The "castle" is gone, but Holmes did not burn it down. Outraged citizens of Chicago got together and burned it down. The police stood by and let it happen, as they too wanted this horrible place gone.
Does this statue still stand in Chicago ? looks cool, I hope so, but with the way things go in Fuktmerica, i wouldlnt be surprised if it was bulldoze for a wallmarts. idiots.
