This is going on right now. You can google search for "YouTube Next Trainer" and get more info and see each of the 16 channels individually. You can also do a YouTube search for "Next Trainer" and see updates from YouTube as well.
I'm using a macbook pro, but even that gets bogged down sometimes as these videos files are HUGE. I'll most likely have to upgrade and get a faster mac to handle the videos.
Sasha (the dog) is my trusty side kick. She's at my side all day long and is the best cardio buddy. She lets me know when it's time to get off the computer and take her for a walk :-)

@toxicinspector yeah i dont see elliot doing this fancy movements that fitness trainers are used to, i think the guys you mentioned have a purpose on strenght and explosiveness rather than the fitness side. it would be sick to see strenght coaches together to do something like this tho... like defranco and all those
@CKSB0RD3R Yeah it would be sick. I believe that the strength coaches that I stated deserves more recognition. They're all underground trainers but still, more people should at least know who they are and what they're about. Luckily Lee knows them so maybe his subs can go check them out. We'll have to see.
I don't mind if the back ground is white or black, but if this means that you will get more recognition for your knowledge and experience then i am very happy for you. And i'm still expecting a video on reste between workouts, and what actually happens if you don't rest your musles and work over them, and how to plan workouts better while still going to the gym every day for 1h30.

Thanks, I know I'm far from perfect. But I've improved quite a bit with my speaking and presentation skills. I've been going to Toastmasters for over 3 years now to help improve my public speaking. I'm naturally a very shy and quite person so doing all this initially was a big step outside my comfort zone. I cringe now when I watch some of my earlier videos, but it's all part of the growing process.
Just do a google search for "YouTube Next Trainer" and you'll see all 16 of the channels they selected. Most are general fitness type sites, I'm the "Muscle Building Guy" of the bunch :-)
