Hey, Marlene Dietich was a proud German, and she was the star of this movie. It isn't an insult to the people who lived within these ruins, but rather an observation on the situation so (specifically) the American public could gain awareness. I think it has a love story tacked on just to attract an audience.
well, aside from some stereotypes this was worth watching, at least to say i've seen it lol. and marlene is always a plus :)

Mostly bland, and when it isn't, it's irritating. Not Wilder's best. One, Two, Three is better.
