    I also have a 160lb strict bicep curl from dead hang, 375lb overhead press, 415lb clean and 390lb clean and press/jerk with TONS of tactics, skills and endurance as well.

    Better learn before you speak, my friend.

    Cheat curls build more functional strength than isolated, strict-form curls anyway. And if you're training for physique, unless you're Lee Priest or something you have no business curling 135 in the first place.

    But I maintain my position that 135 lbs is not nearly enough weight to deserve hogging a squat rack.

  • Even with a little swing, as long as your elbows stay pinned to your sides, your form is still good. Nice work. Some can't even bench that even once. And what's sadder, some people don't use heavy weights, yet they still rock their bodies back and forth and swing the weights.

Because you move so much weight you simply cannot have super strict form always, you sacrifice form for a drastic increase in weight. Watch any professional body builder on youtube as they move incredible weight with mediocre form; it aint hard to tell. Perfect form is great for definition and quality, that's it.
