itachi didnt kill his clan it was madera uchiha thats why itachi and his best friend didnt go to that meeting that day cause they found out the uchiha dark secret (they are demons) and went to meet madera who killed itachi best friend and used his sharingan to write the suicide note/ this guy is right and this is not shippuden idoit

hey dumbass read the manga, Itachi was a good guy and loved his brother, he killed the uchihas because they were planning an attack on konoha and he couldnt kill his brother and he pretty much let sasuke kill him so he would develope stronger eyes and then sasuke was more powerful, Itachi protected Sasuke from Tobi

Sasuke actually has a chance to defeat him.

You know what, I feel like being an ass today so I'm going to tell everyone that reads this that Sasuke kills Itachi and in the end, Itachi was really a good guy that tried to protect Sasuke.

He was acting on orders from the Hidden Leaf to kill the Uchiha's because they were planning on having on a revolt on the village led by Sasuke's father.

I feel really mean. :)
