  • @cutey1716 I took health and wellness in college where I learned that flexibility increases until you reach your late 30's, which is also the peak age of flexibility; then nearer your 40's and up flexibility decreases but very slowly, the same amount for both genders.

  • @lyshyzh im not sure, but im pretty sure you can. I heard it helps to warm up first too, for example to do some rope jumping or just jumping. So yeah im pretty confident that with some practice you'll manage:)!

  • @taylorxhola dude, she's showing ppl how to do a split by pulling your muscles to the limit, a split takes time, so be patient. PS - thx to her I can do a complete split, it took me a bout a month and a half, but it is definitely worth it!

  • see like this is my promblem like i did all the stretches and everything it's just that when i try to do a split my leg like curves and the split is still not straight but i didn't want to make myself try to do a split so hard even though i don't know how to do it yet i don't take a chnce on pulling something like a bone

  • This exercise is not to split ur legs but it helps a lot...Who cannot do splits or never tried, can use this technique to stretch their leg muscles because without stretching u wont be able to do splits...Long but useful comment haa..? :)

  • do not try to do it in one day...Eventually you will able do it...But if u push urself the next day you will regret and you wont be able to continue until aches gone..That means, only the next week...So dont try to be a hero just be patient and you will get the results...
