What i don't like is that when people look up ¨How to do a split¨ is because we cant open our legs that wide, so were looking for stretch movements to be a bit more flexible!
when ever I put my legs to the side, my hips hurt like hell, to the point to wear I cant even get to the stretching point. does anyone have this problem and know how to overcome it?
@lyshyzh im not sure, but im pretty sure you can. I heard it helps to warm up first too, for example to do some rope jumping or just jumping. So yeah im pretty confident that with some practice you'll manage:)!

@taylorxhola dude, she's showing ppl how to do a split by pulling your muscles to the limit, a split takes time, so be patient. PS - thx to her I can do a complete split, it took me a bout a month and a half, but it is definitely worth it!
