This by far is the most realistic proton pack I've seen. Congrats bud. Lots of detail, (don't know if you did use metal or not) looks like real metal, looks used which is great, sound effects and light effects are awesome. Only thing missing is the actual science to get that thing working on real ghost... because they're out there guys... (I've seen them)

@ghostguy15 : The speakers are inside the proton pack - the pack is hollow. You have to squeeze in a battery, a light controller, a sound controller, a speaker, a motor, and lights.

What an incredible prop! Even the LED seeker on the hand-unit fades down once the charge is turned off. And the sounds are awesome!!!

Nice pack and very accurate.  The light at the end of the Gun needs to Red instead of blue though. Love it.

also, the screen-used hero throwers had white strobes down in the handle for the beam effect to be synced to, and a replaceable flash bulb in the tip for the initial blast effect. there were no blue lights used on the thrower and the only red one should be the slo-blo light on the rear bar of the thrower.

Pack looks good but i think those sounds let it down, theyre like 1 second audio clips with a badly synced loop. Ive seen a few other vids of sound boards in the pack and the particle beam sounds exactly how ti doe sin the movie, about 15 seconds or so worth of audio.

this pack is nice, but you should replace some of the inaccurate stuff with the more accurate things that ahve recently become available such as a better shockmount and more accurate light covers on the thrower.
