there's at least 3 rare animations which I usually get when the enemy is turning around. but it looks like you attack from the front then. I've had all 3 rare animations in different stances.

Sometimes Im able to kill somebody from the front with a stab animation. Its very rare though because I've only been able to do it twice. I think the enemy has to be wounded for it.

@cdjackkid what sacrifices, they had guys standing on the side reviving them. all they pretty much did was add to their stats. since the deaths dont count when they are revived. also if this was a private match then it wont change their stats at all.

well, it was like 3v3 and sth like 130 cut kills. (and knife-only servers were considered as statspadding, which isn't allowed). I didn't subscribe so I can't unsuscribe, but i'll gtfmyself happily, have a... day.

@Deosilf well let me tell you how a clan 2v2 knife-only works...usually there is only one person who survives a little fight whcih of course revives his buddy = a lot of kills but the round doesn´t end (tdm 100 kills)...it started after making this video randomly, the 5th person who has been in this video had already left the server by then...and i don´t care how knife-only servers are considered to be...it´s fun and i don´t care about youre opinion...end of discussion

What about from the front? I thought that once a guy was down to little enough health, there was a knife animation. Have you tested that?

@CaptCoe1 there is no knife animation from the front...you just swipe once with the knife and take the guy 1/3 of his health when attacking from the front.

sometimes lag makes the attack from the side loook like it´s an front attack animation

@skaternc we are not sure if htose are all of them...there are a few we didn´t found out what exactly triggers them...but you can srew around for yourself...it seems like there are 4 things which matter: standing/prone or crouch, direction of the knife attack, moving speed of victim and moving speed of the attacker
