Most likely it will pass even further from us. It will have another "close" approach in 2036 - 49,000,000km! alright, you stated that it was about 500 light years away in mid 2008. theoretically nothing can go faster than the speed of light. if it were to hit us in 2012 it would have had to be about 6 and a half light years away at the time this video was posted and it would be in plain sight. there has been no confirmed sightings for over 2 years.

Whether there is a planetary sized object, or not, approaching Earth and is due near Earth in late 2012 is NOT a matter of opinion....it either really IS true or really is NOT true.

I said nothing of the sort. I was questioning someone else as to its location because I don't believe that it exists. Its location being a key piece of evidence to prove or disprove its existence.

@SuperUFB Hi, since you didn't calculate anything let me tell you : That big red planet is going at a nice cruise speed of 3 645 576 km/day. Speed of light being 299 792 458 m/s, Nibiru is going at 42 193.01¯ m/s. Way below the speed of light. It's last recorded position is outside de Kuiper belt towards the Earth, about 2 700 000 000 km from the Earth. At that exact distance ( wich is not totally accurate ) it would take her 740.6 days to reach the us. Winter solstice of 2012 is in 757 days...

What get's me is "500 light years..."
Something would have to be going that much faster than light to be approaching us that fast. Hmmm. Maybe you should review Einstein's theory on this. lol!
We wouldn't even know it was there if it went that fast!
