The reference to the 33rd degree of free masonry refers to Illuminati control of our government and importantly, the central banks and systems of finance. In the lyrics, one can imagine it is the musings of an Illuminati... although one can take the other side, and interpret it as an insurgent or rebel against the illuminati.
"Grand Governor of the Federal Reserve" could be a literal or allegorical reference...
"Strike a match and watch the whole place burn" ... much like Goldman Sachs and others do when they short the market and reap the rewards in the destructive aftermath. Or if I have gold, silver, and guns, and I'm "off grid/off system", I might be the one lighting the match and destroying the corrupt system the Illuminati has put in place. It's a dual interpretation. I like to get really high, turn on red lights, throw on some TC, and count my ammo, gold, silver, and clean my guns.
