However, my point lies in the question of whether her bar exam grade and intelligence fit in the discussion. Commenting on her intelligence in a discussion about her integrity and conduct is questionable, if not utterly inappropriate, superfluous, and highly distracting. Worse, its underlying premise (that grades measure intelligence) is simply laughable.
