i don't know, but "Voilà" doesn't seem appropriate for an italian recipe... but "Pronto" sure is... btw. Bruschette a la capresse have mozzarella too :)
I'm gonna try to give u some hints: 1. U read it Broohskeh-ttah :D 2. The Bruschetta should be prepared ONTO the bread, which means: a) get the bread b) scrape some garlic onto the toasted bread slices c) put on tomatoes d) put on some oil and some oregano NO POWDERS! :D btw great job :) now something that not many people know: Bruschetta is the singular, Bruschette (broohskeh-tteh) is the plural! Now go and show off!
