The Constitution mentions nothing of ancestry when it comes to eligibility of president, IF Obama was in fact born outside the US, he wouldn't have even been able to get into the primaries. if the results from these self-guided investigations are true, then why are they all not consistent? some say he was born in Kenya, some say Indonesia, and some even say Hawaii. so, which one is it?

Stipulation is that the parent must have been residing within the US for at least 3 yrs consectively prior unless 1 parent was i nthe US military.

This process took months before the BC would be issued. So there is no way his birth announcements, in 2 separate papers, would have seen print 10 days after his birth. Without a legal definition for the term 'Natural Born Citizen', the closest legal definition is that of native born citizen as defined by the 14th Amendment. By being born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Obama qualifies by jus soli.
