totally agree, heels literally do make the show. If the heels suck, the shows suck, like now. McMahon was a GREAT heel and he didn't even wrestle. It actually takes good acting, a good character, and believability to be a good heel. The Rock, Edge, Jericho, Vince, Angle, Eddie Guerrero were/are great heels, while guys like Cena doesn't have the depth to be a good heel, same with Austin. Think of how boring Austin would have been without Vince, Shane, and The Rock.
