  • good!

  • i think thats a front pull, a front lever pull is when u have ur chin over the bar go down to a front lever then ull ur chin over the abr again

  • great work my friend, solid technique on your positions

  • which is the most challenging variation for dynamic front lever exercise?

front pulls (like this vid), ice cream makers or just front lever pull ups?

  • Daaaaaaaaaaaamn! I've been working on front levers for years, but always get discouraged and lazy. Nice!

  • which requires more strength: the planche or the level?

  • i think some people find some easier than the other. I find front lever easier but i know 3 people who can't do a decent front lever and have a solid planche.

  • @shagy13 if they can do planche and not lever, their shoulders must be ridiculous disproportional to their lats.

  • is this a trick question;) It's the same same strength but in the opposite direction

  • @yogandclimber No tricks. I just want info. from someone who can do this stuff, as I am interested in aquiring the moves myself.

  • I just uploaded a vid with lots of progressions check it out.

  • @rmsolympic1 learn the tucked, then advanced tucked lever. after this you can straddle it. then full lever. always make sure that you can hold those for 30 secs before you go to the next step of conditioning

  • @rmsolympic1 levers are much easier. full planche is just crazy.

  • yeah, that is really good

someday I´ll do front and back lever

    it´s an issue of time

    thank you

  • i thought front lever was holding when youre horizontal and then pulling your chest to the bar...what am i thinking of here? anyone?

  • I think your talking about front lever pullups.

  • wow----trés bien

  • Great form man. Nice job.

  • nice man, good job.

  • Dude I tried getting this done at the gym and I couldn't even tho I do weighted pullups on back day regularly. Good job, I'll keep trying.

  • How long can you hold the actual front lever for? What was your training based around? Static holds, chins, etc.?

  • about 4 seconds. I do allot of static training, but it is important to have balanced strength. I try and build for power as well, so allot of high speed reps.

  • How do you go from that to being able to hold the front lever in a static position?

  • I train pulling through the position as well as holding in easier shapes for longer periods of time. Did allot of holding tuck and straddle front lever.

  • Damn nice man, good job.

  • Wow, that's really good! Great form.
