i think some people find some easier than the other. I find front lever easier but i know 3 people who can't do a decent front lever and have a solid planche.
@rmsolympic1 learn the tucked, then advanced tucked lever. after this you can straddle it. then full lever. always make sure that you can hold those for 30 secs before you go to the next step of conditioning
about 4 seconds. I do allot of static training, but it is important to have balanced strength. I try and build for power as well, so allot of high speed reps.
I train pulling through the position as well as holding in easier shapes for longer periods of time. Did allot of holding tuck and straddle front lever.
good!

which is the most challenging variation for dynamic front lever exercise?
front pulls (like this vid), ice cream makers or just front lever pull ups?

which requires more strength: the planche or the level?

@shagy13 if they can do planche and not lever, their shoulders must be ridiculous disproportional to their lats.

is this a trick question;) It's the same same strength but in the opposite direction

How long can you hold the actual front lever for? What was your training based around? Static holds, chins, etc.?

How do you go from that to being able to hold the front lever in a static position?
