@Hunni Holy Cow, i've been posting that soap in HIGH QUALITY! Swan's Crossing! If you want to know why Susan couldn't get rid of Sarah then watch Swan's Crossing and your questions will be answered. Sarah was the Queen (officially) of daytime Teen Soaps so she wasn't goin' NOWHERE! Her character Sydney on Swan's used to be listed on wikipedia as "one of the most manipulative characters ever on television".

Well, that may be because the character is quite young for her age. I get the feeling that she was meant to be quite immature and adolescent and that is why Sarah Michelle Gellar said she was so comfortable playing her because it is a character to whom things are new and as a result, a teenage take on Kendall worked I suppose.

Gellar wasn't fired as Kendall. She left. I prefer Minshew in the role because she's been in the role for so long and I can't see anyone else as Kendall Hart after her, but I understand your feelings about Gellar.

You can't compare Minshew and Gellar. They were Kendall at two different periods in life. The Kendall in this clip is experiencing her pain. Minshew plays the Kendall that resulted because of the pain and afterwards. I think they both are/were GREAT!!!
