Resurrection Sunday? I think not. This is a good video but the Son's third day occurred on the Father's seventh day. This is no coincidence. The Son will rise to power over His millennial kingdom while the Father rests. Holy week (history also - we are in our 6th day) was 7 days long. The Lamb was chosen on Sunday, killed on Thursday, and resurrected on Saturday. This is something tradition missed completely, but it is very important for us to know.

Elder Holland's talk has brought me closer to the Savior. I know that he lives! And I know that he came to the boy Joseph Smith on that clear morning in New York. I also know that the Savior came to my people in Hawaii. We are decendents of the house of Isreal. We were scattered unto the isles of the sea. All of Isreal was scattered. Not just to the North, but the the South, East, and West. My people knew of Jesus Christ and was waiting for his return. We still are! For He will be here soon!
All that we know would be lost without the atonement. Not a day goes by that I don't think of its significance in some way. I hope my (valiant) life and gratitude is sufficient, because I know no one will measure up 1:1, if Gods' grace and mercy were removed from the picture.

I love this video about what Jesus Christ has done for us. Truly there was no one great who has ever lived or will yet live, because of his life, atoning sacrifice and gift of life to all people because of His suffering for our sins and His resurrection.
His talks are always very emotional. You can tell that he truly believes what he teaches and wants everyone else to feel the love he feels for our savior.
This video helped me feel the spirit, which bore witness that the atonement really did happen and that we need to repent and come unto him. I love our beloved prophets and Elders. Our world is so in need of the savior's love and light. It is so simple to follow him and to love one another, yet, we complicate the way. He so reaches in love no matter what our weaknesses, yet, we reject him and then blame him or God for the mess in our world or the mess we made. Then it finally suits us to say, there is no God! That is unfortunately how- a big part of- the world has become. God lives and Jesus Christ atoned for our sins. Merci elder Holland!
Its something we have come to understand and live with,loneliness, but we always fight against it, never allowing it to stay, but in reality the pain is within not outside ourselves
This is by far my favorite clip. I keep coming back to it when I struggle. It reminds me that we are never truly lost, and Jesus suffered all things for us; when I think of this it breaks my heart and at the same time fills it with hope for all of us.

My thoughts at the end of this video, as we see the empty tomb...though he was alone in life, the tomb was alone when he lived again. In other words, Christ did what he does for all of us. He took something bad, and made it good. He triumphed over death and the trials of life. Are we greater than he? No. Christ has descended below all, and overcome, that we may overcome all through him.

Hearing the words of our apostles as they testify of Christ causes my heart to burn with testimony. I am GRATEFUL and blessed to have the truth of the gospel in my life. People don't say that you don't worship Christ. Christians may say you don't believe Jesus is God. If Jesus is not God he can not pay for your sins he can only attain his own salvation thru perfection. Not only Gods son but God becoming flesh and dying too pay for our sins on the cross provides our way into eternal life.

He, who never thought ill of anyone, who never committed sin, who was required to finish the Atonement alone. Christ declared, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" (Matt 27:46)
Even God the Father had to leave Christ for a moment so that our Savior would know how we would feel when we committed sin.
Each of us have very personal and sometime daunting experiences, how beautiful to know that we are not walking alone. I know that our Savior Jesus Christ has been at my side, especially during the moments I felt that I could bear no more.
I've been a member of the Church for seven months now, and while over the summer I have gotten a little lax (I'm the only LDS in my family, and some of my family members continually question my choice to be apart of the Church), I always read some Scripture, or come and watch these touching videos, and they remind me why I chose to join. I hope and pray that I can continue in this faith, and show others the blessings I have recieved and experienced since my baptism and faith in Jesus Christ. :)

I come back to this video and the original talk over and over for a spiritual pick me up. How powerful Elder Holland's testimony is to know that he speaks to the Lord - face to face. There isn't a more purer knowledge on this earth than the testimony of God's current Prophets and Apostles. He lives!

The Lord has done so much for me throughout my life, I can not deny the power of His atonement. He has been there for me when I have needed Him most and He is still there for anyone who wants to come closer to Him. Hearing the words of our apostles as they testify of Christ causes my heart to burn with testimony. I am GRATEFUL and blessed to have the truth of the gospel in my life. People don't say that you don't worship Christ. Christians may say you don't believe Jesus is God. If Jesus is not God he can not pay for your sins he can only attain his own salvation thru perfection. Not only Gods son but God becoming flesh and dying too pay for our sins on the cross provides our way into eternal life.

You need to purchase Replay Media Catcher. It works wonderfully. I use it for my wife's YW lessons. I also use Adobe Premiere to create a DVD out of it. Hope this helps!

Just want to Thank My God, Jesus Christ.
He, who never thought ill of anyone, who never committed sin, who was required to finish the Atonement alone. Christ declared, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" (Matt 27:46)
Even God the Father had to leave Christ for a moment so that our Savior would know how we would feel when we committed sin.
I love my Savior.

Each of us have very personal and sometime daunting experiences, how beautiful to know that we are not walking alone. I know that our Savior Jesus Christ has been at my side, especially during the moments I felt that I could bear no more.

I've been a member of the Church for seven months now, and while over the summer I have gotten a little lax (I'm the only LDS in my family, and some of my family members continually question my choice to be apart of the Church), I always read some Scripture, or come and watch these touching videos, and they remind me why I chose to join. I hope and pray that I can continue in this faith, and show others the blessings I have recieved and experienced since my baptism and faith in Jesus Christ. :)

I was not planning on going on a mission. Thankfully I got to hear Elder Holland while he was in Orlando and got to hear and feel the power he speaks with. I submitted my papers and have been called to Cordoba, Argentina.

I come back to this video and the original talk over and over for a spiritual pick me up. How powerful Elder Holland's testimony is to know that he speaks to the Lord - face to face. There isn't a more purer knowledge on this earth than the testimony of God's current Prophets and Apostles. He lives!

The best video I have seen on u tube. It was straight forward and showed the sacrifice that Jesus suffered at the hands of unjust men. He truly knows our pain. He also knows perfect love. This video gives hope to me and helps me to find compassion within myself

I know what you mean by the doubts and temptations; but when you go to church or listen to the words of the apostles and prophets of God and feel the spirit, that is when you know that what you are doing is right and that the church is true.

The Lord has done so much for me throughout my life, I can not deny the power of His atonement. He has been there for me when I have needed Him most and He is still there for anyone who wants to come closer to Him. He loves us and that is why He gave His life for us, not just for Latter Day Saints, but for everyone on this Earth, it makes no difference to him, He loves us all, come to Him and get to know Him to find out who you really are and what you are here to do.You don't have to do it alone

That same God who created us all, He is the Supreme Father of us all. Jesus is his son. Jesus came down to do God's will. They are TWO separate beings, and that is why Jesus refers to him as His God.
