Very good! If Mike Fulton has any fault, it's that playing is too easy for him.
On some occasion (prob a Eubie birthday), Hines and Eubie were both in the area several places, and at the time it seemed like with "temerity", Hines played "Memories" for Eubie. But Eubie seemed genuinely pleased. birch

It was Eubie that convinced Hines to leave Pittsburgh for NYC. They had a very tight and warm relationship. Over the years we have worked with quite a few composers, and they all love to hear their music interpreted by others. Eubie was no exception.
