Few people seem to know their older songs nowadays because they didn't play their older songs during the American Idiot era as much as now. By next year, people will probably get to know Green Day fully thanks to Green Day playing a lot more of their older stuff now. These guys are also one of the most entertaining bands (really high on the list) and really, no other band can make tunes as awesome as Green Day's without turning it into a love song.
